Prof. Oluyemi Osinbajo, SAN, became the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Lagos State in 1999. Prior to that, he was a partner at the law firm of Osinbajo, Kukoyi & Adopaye, and Professor of Law and Head of Department of Public Law at the University of Lagos (1997-1999). Prof. Oluyemi Osinbajo has also served as the Special Adviser to the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice (1988 - 1991).

He has provided expertise and consulted for a wide range of development organisations such as the United Nations, United Nations Centre on Transnational Corporations/United Nations Development Programme, United Nations African Institute for Crime Prevention and ECOWAS. He co-founded INTEGRITY, the umbrella organisation of The Convention on Business Integrity.

Prof. Oluyemi Osinbajo brings his integrity, legal insight and knowledge of land and Property law to the board in his position as the Chairman of the Board.

Akintola Ajayi is a graduate of Economics from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University).

His professional career started at the Audit firm of PricewaterHouse & Co. (now PricewaterHouse Coopers).  His banking career commenced at First City Merchant Bank (now First City Monument Bank) in 1988.  In 1990, Mr Akintola Ajayi moved to Nigeria Intercontinental Bank Limited (Now Intercontinental Bank Plc.) where he garnered 18 years of experience spanning all key areas of Banking and covering all the three major regions of Nigeria.

In February 2003, Mr. Akintola Ajayi was seconded to Equity Bank of Nigeria Plc (then a subsidiary of Intercontinental Bank Plc) as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, a position he relinquished in October 2005 following the CBN induced merger/consolidation policy of that era.  Mr. Akintola AJAYI was then appointed as an Executive Director at Intercontinental.

Mr. Akintola Ajayi is an alumnus of a number of business schools, notable amongst them are the International Management Development  Institute (IMD), Switzerland and Columbia University (USA)

He is currently the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Lusanno Investments Limited and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).

Ayodeji Akinmade is the Managing Director, Prime Interface Limited group of companies, a company incorporated to provide support services to Oil & Gas companies operating in Nigeria.

Prior to working at Prime Interface, he was a Change Management Consultant from 1996 – 2000 and worked with companies such as British Airways, Milk Marque, Ryder Inc.

Mr. Ayodeji Akinmade trained with Price Waterhouse, worked in banking and for a decade, worked in the United Kingdom in Value Management & Audit roles.
He holds a first degree in Economics from the University of Ife, now (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and he completed his MBA program at the Kingston University, London in 1993.

Arc. Olayinka Williams graduated from the prestigious School of Architecture Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria in 1986. After serving NYSC at the Lagos State Ministry of Works and Transport, Alausa, Lagos State she worked for a further 9 years with a firm of architects and project managers, Fola Alade Associates, where she gained valuable experience both in the field and in practice. Notable of the projects she participated in are the 8-storey West African Portland Cement (WAPCO) Head Office in Alausa and the 12-storey Federal Secretariat (Fola Alade Prototype) in the Ministries Zone of the Central Business District, Federal Capital Territory, and several other institutional, commercial and residential buildings.

From 1996 till 2004, Arc. Olayinka Williams worked in the manufacturing sector acquiring experience in roofing, ceiling and PVC flooring sales, installation and maintenance pioneering; cutting edge roofing installation technology of asphalted shingles. 

She now runs her own practice, Highgate Design Centre, and engages in works involving architecture, specialist contracting, construction, interiors, landscape architecture, project management and facilities management.  She has also set up a product information provider service, electronically and through other media, providing information on building materials and services.

Oluyemi Shonubi started her professional career with Shell Petroleum Development Corporation, Port Harcourt, Rivers State in 1991. In 1992, she moved to Intercontinental Bank Plc where she obtained diverse experience managing various financial products such as rights issues, initial public offerings and private placements, utilised to raise capital in the corporate finance department of the bank.

During her 5-year stint with Wema Bank, she evaluated and structured various loan transactions, including syndications, leases, LPO and warehouse finance and multi-credit Facilities for clients in several sectors of the economy.

A brief period of exemplary project development with Ventures & Trusts Limited from 2000-2001 led to her appointment as the Project Development/General Manager of Persianas Nigeria Limited, the promoter and developer of the first international standard mall in the West African sub-region, The Palms Shopping Mall, Lagos. Under this project, Mrs. Oluyemi Shonubi was responsible for the coordination of the development process, which was formally commissioned in April 2006.

Mrs. Oluyemi Shonubi rejoined Ventures & Trusts in 2006, with responsibility for providing financial advisory, project finance and project management services for real estate developments. Select projects conceptualised include the development of an affordable housing estate (1,026 homes) in Obosomase, Accra, Ghana and a mixed-use development (retail, hotel, commercial and residential) in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Mrs. Oluyemi Shonubi has a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos. She is also a Prince2 accredited Practitioner.
