TD utilizes established, tried and tested partnerships with subject matter experts and specialists in real estate which gives SAVANT a competitive advantage with respect to project operations and execution. The TD division was created in 2016 as a result of a client’s request for a single point of responsibility for all works associated with their real estate dreams. SAVANT was able to collaborate and execute to the exacting standards of the client at a reasonable price point by carefully and tastefully combining both local and foreign products. Following the successful completion of that project, the Board and Management of SAVANT approved the creation of the division and SAVANT took on the challenge by engaging in-house construction professionals to strengthen the division with a full construction arm. Consequently, TD is a consortium of professional firms that leverages on its technical and industry know how to deliver superior bespoke residential homes that are creatively crafted to suit individuals’ projects at a cost and commensurate value. TD undertakes Turnkey Projects (Design and build), renovation, retrofits and general construction contracting services.
